1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1. The DIGI5Y Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities aged 18 or above who have been approved by DIGI5Y International.
2. Affiliates must submit a valid application and receive written approval before promoting DIGI5Y products or sharing affiliate links.
3. DIGI5Y reserves the right to decline or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of DIGI5Y International are not eligible to participate.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

1. Each approved affiliate is issued a unique affiliate tracking link. Referrals are only credited when a customer signs up via this unique link.
2. Affiliate cookies have a life of 365 days. If a referred visitor subscribes within 365 days of first clicking the affiliate link, the commission will be attributed to the affiliate.
3. Affiliates must not manipulate, mask, or misrepresent affiliate links in any way.
4. Self-referrals (signing up using your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Commission Structure

1. Affiliates earn 25% of the referred customer's monthly subscription plan amount, starting from the 1st successful subscription payment and continuing for a maximum of 12 consecutive months.
2. Affiliates earn 10% of the Basic or Custom Setup fee billed and paid by the referred customer within the first 3 months of sign-up.
3. Commission is calculated on the net amount received by DIGI5Y, exclusive of taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
4. No commission is payable on trial periods, waived fees, or promotional discounts granted by DIGI5Y.
5. If a referred customer upgrades their plan, commissions are recalculated based on the new plan price for subsequent months, subject to the 12-month cap.

4. Payout Policy

1. Commissions are accumulated monthly and paid out around the 15th of the following calendar month.
2. Payout methods available: Bank Transfer or Wise (TransferWise). Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date banking details.
3. DIGI5Y reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations are suspected, pending investigation.
4. Any bank or transfer fees incurred during payout may be deducted from the affiliate's commission.
5. A minimum payout threshold may apply. Balances below the threshold will roll over to the next month.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Spamming, unsolicited emails, or aggressive marketing tactics that violate applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about DIGI5Y products or services.
• Bidding on branded DIGI5Y keywords in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
• Using DIGI5Y's logo, trademarks, or copyrighted material without explicit written permission.
• Promoting DIGI5Y on adult, illegal, or brand-unsafe websites or platforms.
• Creating fake accounts, using bots, or any other fraudulent activity to generate artificial referrals.

6. Termination & Modifications

1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Upon termination, any pending commissions that are legitimately earned and confirmed will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.
3. DIGI5Y reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, or any terms of this program at any time, with reasonable notice to affiliates.
4. Continued participation in the affiliate program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. DIGI5Y International is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from participation in or termination of the affiliate program.
